Frannywanny.com's 5th Blog Anniversary Giveaway [Raffle Contest #1]
Since launching my 5th Blog Anniversary Giveaway last week, I've started to receive a number of cool entries from you, my readers. It really warms my heart to see the effort and time that you guys have put in in creating your signages or in thinking of such creative poses for your entries. Please send more in! We still got 3 weeks to go and I'm really excited to give out all these great prizes!
I always tell people that Frannywanny.com cuts across all ages, male and female, from various careers and interests. However, what binds us all together is our love for food and for discovering new restaurants here and abroad. Agree? *slowly nods*
Well, last week two "readers" in particular extremely made my day. Though they are obviously too young to follow the mechanics to the very last detail, they just sent in their entries to wish me a Happy happy Anniversary! Sweet!
Like what I mentioned, I have lot of prizes to give away and as promised, here I am ready to give more out!
So what are the prizes at stake?
Who would have thought that Earl Grey tea can actually be created into an ice cream flavor? Well, I'll never forget the day when I first tried Merry Moo's homemade Earl Grey and Sea Salt Caramel ice creams. I swear, my life was never the same after. Every now and then, I would find myself thinking, dreaming and craving for more ice cream. A single scoop never fails to brighten my day.
The folks behind Merry Moo wanted to celebrate my 5th Blog Anniversary with me and they sent over a (currently) nameless ice cream that I would like to official christened as the Frannywanny Mix. Putting together all my favorite flavors this Ice Cream Pie has a crunchy Graham crust with a delicious caramel ice cream based. What makes this extra special is the sweet strawberry syrup swirls and the toasted almonds sprinkled on top of it.
What can I say? It was BRILLIANT! This was so yummy that my family would have not one, not two but at least three scoops of ice cream after every meal! Thank you Merry Moo! YOU ROCK! \m/
(2) winners will receive 10 tall size beverage coupons from Starbucks Coffee
I've always been a big fan of the Green Siren as this has been my favorite hang out place since I was in college. True to their saying... it has been my 3rd place. Not only do I love my favorite Toffee Nut Latte during Christmas time or my Non-Fat Iced Caramel Macchiato at any given time of the day, I also enjoy the breakfast sandwiches and savory items of Starbucks Coffee! Do check out their latest sandwich line-up, the Beef Tapa Breakfast Sandwich is simply the best!
(2) winners will get Php. 1,000 worth of gift certificates from Yabu: House of Katsu
Japanese has been one of my favorite cuisines as a bowl of Katsudon never fails to make my day. I love the fluffy and well-polished Japanese rice that makes me forget about carbs for a minute, the crunchy Pork Katsu and all the intricate details that goes into every dish. Someday, I wish to visit Japan (beyond the airport this time) to eat all the yummy sushi, makis, tempura, ramen and katsudon to my heart's desire. I'm glad though that here in Manila, we have Yabu: House of Katsu that serves authentic Katsudon and Tonkatsu at very reasonable prices.
Excited to join? Here's how:
This Raffle Contest #1 will run from September 15, 2012 to September 21,2012 (11:59PM) only.
The winners will be announced at the end of my 5th Blog Anniversary celebration.
If I were an ice cream flavor, I would be a nutella chocolate flavor, which both my favorites, and gives me that energy for the whole day!
