#FrannyCooks Grocery Find: Whisk Salad Dressings + Dips + Sauces

We're halfway through the year! Time flies extremely fast, noh?

At the start of the year, I promised myself to cook more. I began with the dishes that I'm most comfortable with -- eggs, pasta, salads and sandwiches. Later on, I became more experimental by making my own pizza, creating real meals that contains meat, seafood or veggies and on certain occasions, I even tried to make some simple desserts too. To date, I can proudly say that my cooking know-how has improved greatly as I was able to gain more confidence in trying new dishes and the ones that I miss from home.

One thing that I love about cooking and planning our meals is being able to try different ingredients such as sauces, spices and dips. These play a big role in helping us achieve a certain taste profile for whatever we're cooking. Let me share with you this brand that I've regularly been using throughout the months that I've been experimenting in the kitchen -- meet Whisk!

It's not a new brand as it has been around since my Yummy Eats days but what used to be a home-created one with just a handful of signature dips and dressings, they now have a full range of salad dressings, dips, sauces and even some that's customized for a certain diet restriction like Paleo. I've always been a fan of Whisk since I first discovered this back in Manila and I would really make sure to bring back bottles and jars with me every time I get the chance to.

Okay, show and tell time! :) Here are some of my kitchen creations with my Whisk favorites:

Even the NKids are starting to love Whisk too as I've spotted a couple of bottles in the fridge which my friend I has bought when she was in Manila too. Look, we even used it during our recent cheese and sausage dinner at home!

Lastly, I love how versatile the product is. Take the Soy Ginger Dressing for instance. I've lost count the number of ways I've used it for. Aside from drizzling it onto my salad, I've created several dips out of it for our nachos or cheese party, I've added it into several veggie and seafood dishes too. I'm so happy to have discovered Whisk and my only wish is that they will grow and be ready to export their products to Singapore. That would definitely save me the plane ride when I need to buy more dressings. :)
