So, what are the prizes for my 2nd Raffle Contest? 

A few years back, I had the privilege to contribute for Spot.ph. It was a series of fun assignments where I was tasked to create a number of Top 10 lists from the best Siopao and Siomai in town to the Top 10 Christmas Potluck Dishes and a lot more. This year, Spot.ph compiled all these Top 10 lists into a cool, handy book entitled the Top 10 Everything Food Lists!

The Linamnam book, on the other hand, was written by two of the food writers that I truly look up to. Husband and wife tandem Claude Tayag and Mary Ann Quioc who are also the owners of Bale Dutung, a Capampangan home restaurant that I wish to visit SOON. Imagine how thrilled I was to find out that they have mentioned me as part of the Acknowledgement section. What an honor! A reader gave me a copy to enjoy and here I am giving one of you your own copy hoping that you'll enjoy reading it as much as I did!

I love donuts yet I really have very low tolerance for sweets, this is probably the reason why I love J.Co Donuts and Coffee because I can finish off an entire piece of donut without the sugar guilt. My favorites remain to be the Al Capone, the savory Mona Piza and the nutty Jackie Chunk! I also love J. Waffle Time has always been one of my family's favorite during an afternoon snack or when hunger strike while shopping at the mall. I really love anything with hotdogs so my top favorites are the American Hotdog and the German Cheese Franks. Paul, on the other hand, loves the Swiss Chocolate Waffle which will surely delight all chocolate lovers out there.

Tea has always been part of our pantry essentials. Whenever we want to feel more relaxed after a busy day at work, we drink a cup of Green or Chamomile Tea.
