Aside from being busy with my professional career (a.k.a. day job) and being a food and travel blogger, I am also an amateur entrepreneur where I wake up early every Saturday morning to head to Mercato Centrale at the Bonifacio Global City to assist Paul in manning our stall. Despite the never-ending yawns and the struggle to keep my heavy eyelids open, I enjoy each market day as I get to interact with our customers who are simply amazing. In addition to this, what makes us enjoy being part of Mercato Centrale is the fact that we have been lucky with a lot of great food finds from our neighboring stalls. Here's what's been keeping Paul and I extremely busy these past few weeks... We finally took the plunge and opened our very own booth at Mercato Centrale ! It has been a dream of ours to finally have our own business and finally things are starting to fall in place. It has been a tiring yet truly fulfilling three weeks for us and we would like to thank our dear friends and relatives who has been visiting us to show their support! I used to be an early Christmas shopper. For years, Paul and I have successfully completed our Christmas shopping as early as September. You can just imagine the shock on my face when I realized that we are only 44 days away from Christmas and I haven't prepared anything yet. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. So last night, I brought out my Christmas gift notebook and began listing down the names of the people dear to us. The ones whom I want to thank for making this year a lovely one.
